Hi the person I just added to my team at HUB can get in. This also happened with another co-worker (Francesco@airborne.ventures) and I had to create an alias for him so he could access (fb@airborne.ventures). could you please check those issues out?
Looking at the team page, it appears that his user is on the account now: https://airborne.decilehub.com/team I'm guessing that he clicked the invitation, accepted it, and maybe there was some confusion so he went back to the email invitation and clicked again?
