The is also a bug on the rating categories, I am deleting one of the proposed categories and after refreshing it re appears...

Thanks for reporting the bug on the rating categories, I actually believe this might not a bug. Can you please confirm that you clicked on the green "Save changes" button in the bottom right hand corner after you deleted one of the proposed rating category?
