Greetings! I would like to ask if it is possible to enable variable editing, as we tried accessing it, it directing to the login. Furthermore, I would like to ask if it is possible to implement tags in the funnel to the email templates?
To enable variable editing, you need to log into your Decile Hub account. If you are being redirected to the login page, ensure you have the correct credentials.
Regarding implementing tags in email templates, the current functionality primarily supports variables for personalization. For specific tagging features, it may be best to consult the Decile Hub support or documentation for any updates or additional capabilities. You can find more information at [Decile Hub](https://decilehub.com).
, making a post like you've just done is the best way to contact us.
To find variables, you'll find it under the left nav under Settings -> Variables. You can also add a custom data point (variable) directly on a slideover for a prospect, person or organization.
Additionally, if you want to use custom data points/variables in emails, here are instructions: 1. You'll need to add the data point to the pipeline. You can do that by either clicking a prospect, and then going to the Overview tab, and then creating a new data point, or going to the variables page -> user variables -> Investor section, and adding a variable there. 2. Then, fill in that variable/data point for the prospect 3. You will be able to use that variable in an email or template, under the "Variables" on the right.
Make sure to do the above for the pipeline type, and not just "Person" or "Organization" e.g., or the variable won't be available for emails.
I can see the error occurring when you click the variables page. That's a bug, sorry about that! In the meantime, you should be able to add a new variable from the slideover "Overview" tab (not "Person/Organization info") tab.
, I would like to ask if it is possible to see in the list on which emails has been already sent? I though it was on the Next Contact column but as per checking there's a dated in the the entries that which I have yet to send any emails yet.
Next Contact signifies the next time (as in, the future) when the contact is planned to be contacted, as per future tasks/actions. You may want to look at the "Last Contact" column instead, or check out the "Activities" tab on a prospect, or even the global "Activities" page on the left nav (then filter for emails sent)
