Expose a feature / bug tracking system to end users: an off the shelf feature / bug tracking system would be useful. It's hard to know whether I'm requesting the same thing someone else is. And we'd get all the other good things that come with that too - collecting community feedback on features, etc.

, this is something we frequently go back and forth on as it is a double-edged sword. As we continue to scale our platform, this will be something that we will put more thought into. Right now, our MVP is the channel we are currently in, Hub Support. As well as the Hub Feedback channel. Both of which are actively monitored by the product and customer success teams.
