Hub has been a closed platform until this point. You're one of the first people to gain access w/o having first gone through the VC Lab accelerator. You've asked some great questions, and I'll go through each of the ones that haven't already been confirmed.

For this question, I need to ask you a question first: What do you need a new Fund for? Do you have multiple funds in your firm? Or are you trying to do some separation of concerns? If it's easier to hop on a zoom call, let me know and I'll send you an email to arrange a time.

Hi.  We have been doing syndicates for 3 years and are now launching a fund.

We need to recruit syndicate investors and fund investors.  The LP prospect pipelines are different and how we recruit the investors is different.  So, that is issue 1.  In this case we would create a single Syndicates fund.

Going forward, as I explore the fund admin, reporting, capital acocunt reports, etc. we may want to do one fund for every syndicate.  That is undecided.  If so, we will have 40 funds and add about another 10 per year.

I can definitely help you get set up with another Fund and/or pipeline in Hub. Many Hub users run multiple fundraising flows, so we got your covered there.
