Hi ... I want to report a bug. When I am adding a new person, it doesn't want to accept the email. It says that it is already taken, when it isn't. This means that I cannot add an email to the person and therefore cannot send them emails through the system. I think that I found a workaround, but it isn't awesome as I still cannot click on send email and easily send an email.

I have a feeling that this happens when:

1. I click on add LP
2. paste the email address into the name cell (so I have the full name and proper spelling)
3. Delete the email after it has been entered and save the name as add person
4. when I go to add the email address, it says that the email is already taken, even though it has been deleted from the name cell before it was saved.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. It seems like there might be a bug in the system. Please report this issue directly to the Decile Base support team or through the bug reporting feature in the platform. They will be able to investigate and address the problem more effectively.
Can you please send me the link for where to report this? I was asked to add it here by Mike - seems that it is the wrong location. Please provide a link to the right location to report a bug.
