Hi - for some reason, I can't see the wire instructions for a fund I recently joined that is having its first capital call. I'm wondering if it's related to me already have a login for LP Institute with the same email address? Any idea how to resolve?

Is the contact email for the recent fund the same as the email address that you previously signed up to Decile Pro with? If not, that'd be the issue.
If it's the same email, can you see the new fund in the top area of decile pro?
If it's there, you just need to select the new fund.

It's the same email. I can see the fund info like in your screenshot and the wire details, but when I roll over "Complete" it says no Wire Instructions are available. However, the fund manager confirmed they are available. I've tried logging out and logging back in. Tried in Chrome as well as Safari.
Should be good to go now! Please let us know if its still not working after you refresh the page.
