

To troubleshoot forwarded emails not appearing in your LP pipeline, first confirm that you are forwarding emails to the correct pipeline address (e.g., pipeline-xxx@reply.decilehubmail.com). Note that if you are forwarding to a Deals pipeline, the system will extract organizations from the email content and attachments, adding them as prospects in the pipeline and Directory. Check if these organizations appear there.
If nothing appears, review your forwarding process and ensure the emails are being sent correctly. If issues persist, visit the Decile Hub support forum for further assistance: Decile Hub Support.
