For some reason, I don't see in the LPs activity in the LP Pipeline that fact that he has opened the email and replied to me, even though I do see that the automation worked and moved this LP to a new stage. What am I missing?
Hi Eran, in the LPs activity tab, you can see when and which emails have been sent to LPs, as well as when and what type of automation has taken place. However, you cannot see if someone has opened your email or if they have replied to you. To check for replies, you need to check your Gmail inbox connected to your Hub account. We have added this feature request to our list and hope to add it to Hub in the future. The time of the link click is displayed within the activity for when the email was sent.
