As you can see, step to change stage is automated and shold be immediate.

To ensure that an automated task to change a stage after sending an email is functioning correctly in Decile Hub, follow these steps: 1. **Verify Automation Settings**: Double-check that the "Automate this Task" option is enabled for the task. 2. **Check Task Details**: Ensure that the task details, such as the timing (immediate or after a certain period), are correctly set. 3. **Save Changes**: Confirm that all changes have been saved properly. If the issue persists, it may be a system glitch, and you should contact support for further assistance.
Yeah... it's a system glitch.  Asking for support.

@Michel Friedman
we're looking into this.

If you delete the first email *.1.a does that trigger the automation for you?

Looking at your task setup it seems you are sending .1.a OR .1.b depending on the prospect. Because you have the optionality here, in order to move out of the stage the tasks need to be completed.

I haven't set up a flow like this personally, so that's my hypothesis with the way it has been built.

Hi.  I'm not clear why this should be.  As I understand it, tasks should be completed in order.  If I move out of a stage before completing all tasks, then that's fine, right?
