Hi - was there an update to the Files section of Decile Hub? I noticed files have been duplicated and the viewing history is 0. Please advice.

This is the original file URL that was in Decile Hub that is no longer there and instead replaced by the two URLs above:
I'm not sure why and how this happened. For now, kindly let me know the next steps.

All of a sudden, we cannot delete files in the datarooom. Two days ago, you could click on the file and delete it. Now, when you hit delete file and click on the delete button in the popup, nothing happens. Have been trying every few hours for the last two days and same issue. Please advise.

any insights to these issues?. When I try to delete the files on the folder landing page, I got a 500 Internal Server Error and error ID: 294874ec-42ed-42ca-8df5-1eea6fedb096. There might be a workaround to deleting the files by opening the specific file and then deleting it. That seemed to work.
