In Events, I have a large group (50+) of "Invited" guests who should have received the 3rd email in the series "1.c". two days ago (on 8/13), but none of them did:
... according to the screenshot above, AND my Sent Mail in Outlook has no such emails ever, let alone on Aug 13.
To troubleshoot the issue of the missing emails, follow these steps:
1. **Check Automation Settings**: Ensure that the automation for the 3rd email task is enabled.
2. **Review Event Attendees**: Verify that the guests are correctly listed under the "Invited" stage.
3. **Edit Task**: Navigate to the "Event Attendees" section, click "Edit Stages," expand the "Invited" stage, and check the settings for the 3rd email task.
4. **Save Changes**: Confirm that all settings are saved correctly.
