

If emails sent to your pipeline ingestion address (e.g., pipeline-xxx@reply.decilehubmail.com) are not appearing in your pipeline and you’re not receiving bounce-backs, first confirm you’re using the correct pipeline-specific address. Also, check if the emails are being sent to a Deals pipeline, as the system extracts organizations from the content and adds them as prospects in the pipeline and Directory.
If nothing appears, review your forwarding process and ensure emails are sent correctly. If issues persist, visit the Decile Hub support forum for further troubleshooting: Decile Hub Support.
