This should never be the case, and you're not doing anything wrong. If you can provide a little more detail, we might be able to track it down. Some screenshots of the output would be useful. If it contains sensitive info, send it to product [at] decilegroup [dot] com via email instead of posting here, so we can have a look.

There were a couple Open API issues that might be the cause. If it happens again, please let us know.
