There are three ways to do it.
-1. You can connect your Gmail or Microsoft Outlook to Hub by going to the Integrations page located under your profile picture after clicking on it (in the top right-hand corner). Then click on sign in with Google or sign in with Microsoft and simply follow the instructions.
-2. You can go to Pipelines and click either the letter icon next to any prospect or the next action if it contains sending an email action. A window to send an email will pop up and there you will see a button to connect your Gmail/Microsoft Outlook account. Hub will only send emails on your behalf and cannot read or access your previous emails.
-3. You can go to Settings (on the left nav, scroll down to the bottom) > Team > under the column Integrations click on Connect Gmail or Microsoft.
