Yes, you can do that. It requires changing a part of the Data Room link. To do so: • go to the email templates and open an email with a deck URL variable such as 3.1 Materials: Send • erase the deck url variable and replace it with the Data Room variable (the one containing the Deck) • Save the email template • Go to pipelines and find the prospect you want to send the deck to  • Click the Send Email function for that prospect and pick the email template you edited. Within the email, you will see the link displayed by the Data Room variable • Copy that link and open it in a different browser • Then pick the deck from the Data Room and open it • Copy the part of the URL between /folder_files/ and /preview/ • Then go back to the Email Templates and open the template which you edited earlier  • go to the data room variable in that email, and add to it "folder_file=" followed by the code you copied. It might look like something similar to this: [[data_room.name data room/folder_file=fZHdkt6]] • Save the template and go back to the pipelines and the prospect you looked at before.
