One problem in Pipeline Stages: When you turn on Automated Execution for a Send Email action, everyone who sits in that stage will immediately get that email, instead of the automation being triggered only when a person gets moved to the stage. So, currently, when you turn on Automated Execution, it can send unnecessary emails to everyone in that stage. You could change it such that turning on the Automated Execution will only apply to people who will get moved to the stage, instead of everyone already sitting in that stage. Otherwise, it's hard to add Automated Execution email actions for existing stages with existing people...
