Hello Decile team, when preparing a template for an Introduction email, the variable refers to the Referrer person and populates it correctly, but it doesn´t include the person´s email. Hence the email template doesn´t work. Please let me know if I´m making sense. Thanks!!
To ensure that the referrer (Ravid) has an email address in the People directory, you should check the directory and confirm that Ravid's email address is listed. If it is not listed, you may need to add it to the directory.
