LPA signed on Saturday, waiting for confirmation email. Link shows signed LPA, but still on sign stage. Need assistance.

Saturday is LPA signing day apparently. We had an LPA signed, however we haven’t got the confirmation email yet, and is still on the LPA sign stage, but he signed it already and if use the link on the email, it shows me the signed LPA. Help?

Hi Cristian, I have looked into the issue and identified the problem. There was a communication error between Pandadoc/Hub which prevented the LP from being automated into the appropriate stage. However, I have solved the problem and it should work as expected again with your next LPA signing, hopefully today!
