Is there a way to pull up a data room link you want to place in an email when already in the email? I.e. I've selected an email template as the email to Tommy and as I'm customizing it I want to add a link from the deal room, can I pull up a link while in the email?

If you want to include a customized data room link in an email, it needs to be present in the email template. Once you're already viewing the email, the only option you have is to copy/paste it from the data room / folder itself.
