In the longer text sections editable by the rich text editor, you can hyperlink a link. However, URLs in other sections will not create clickable links. Placing plaintext links will not be reflected in a prospect's activity. Most of the links that track activity will be sent through emails to prospects. Data rooms also track file viewage, which is an exception.
