hi, may i know whether i can change the 'investment type' after creating a deal memo for a particular company in Decile Hub under the Deals pipeline ?

Currently there is no way to edit the deal memo. The easiest way to change it would be to either delete and recreate it or close and "Re-open" it, which would allow you to choose a new investment type while keeping any ratings and answered questions. If neither of these options work for you, let me know and I can perform a one-time manual database edit.
