I searched for this and found similar questions but I couldn’t find a specific answer. Our contacts/orgs & workflow are in Airtable. I understand there isn’t an API to sync contacts/orgs with Decile Hub, but has anyone figured out how to create that sync? (using Zapier or similar)?

Sorry Jonathan, but currently it is not possible to directly import data from Airtable to Decile Hub. However you can manually export a CSV from Airtable and then import it into Hub.
