If someone is a connector, that may eventually become an LP, is there a way to convert them over in DH? Or should we enter everyone that might ever become an LP in as an LP from the start?

Yes, you can copy or move prospects between pipelines in order to pursue them in a different context. For example, if you have a Connector that you want to pursue as an investor, you can simply copy or move them from the Connectors pipeline to the Investors pipeline.
