Is there a way that we could make it so you don’t have to download a file to view it in the deal memos and data room? I’d like to be able to just click and pop open a view, and a separate option to download it if I need to.

The team is currently working on a project to send exported Deal Memo PDFs to a Data Room. However, if you're looking to view a file in a data room, it can be easily done. Additionally, with the recent update, the deal memo now opens in a new tab automatically, allowing users to view or download it themselves. This is a nice quality of life improvement.
