How to explore how deals move through different stages and what information is tracked
2 replies

To explore how deals move through different stages in Decile Hub:

Viewing Your Deals
- Access your Deals Pipeline (also called Deals Funnel)
- Switch between Default view (list/table) and Kanban view (columns by stage) using the view selector
- Create custom or shared views using the "New View" button

Managing Stages
1. Go to your pipeline (e.g., DEALFLOW)
2. Navigate to "Deal Stages" or "Stages and Settings"
3. Select "Manage Stages" to add, edit, or reorder stages

How Deals Move Between Stages
- Automatic movement: Configure stages to automatically move deals when certain actions occur (like signing a PACT, clicking links, etc.)
- Toggle on "Automatic Execution" in stage settings
- Set the "Finally" action to specify which stage deals move to next

  • Manual movement: Select a deal and change its stage using the dropdown menu or by checking the box next to the deal name

Deal Memo Stages
Deal Memos have 4 status options that automatically move deals to associated stages:
- Active
- Review
- Closed (Approve)
- Closed (Pass)

You can customize which pipeline stage is associated with each Deal Memo status in the Deal Memo Settings.

Hi Iryna, in addition to the assistance answer above I’ll let you know of the activity tab which will list the history of stage movements in any updates to a prospect
