Our Dealflow in Hub is suddenly empty. I checked from different browsers and also another teammate checked - nothing. Other pipelines are still there.

It looks like someone created a new Deals pipeline and changed the old Deals pipeline to "Deals Archive." Can you check the Deals Archive funnel and see if that is what you were expecting to see in Deals?

it's Connor here from Decile's deals team. Sorry for the alarm this caused, looks like a miscommunication.
Last week Neal and I checked in with
@Karel Tušek
and noticed Tachles was using an old version of the Decile Hub deals pipeline -- a bit of a clunker, with 33 stages -- which must have been making managing dealflow with Hub difficult. Karel opted in on an upgrade to a new 12-stage pipeline, so we did the upgrade and sent Karel (via Slack) the Deals Pipeline Stages Update: User Guide. The guide indicates old deals will be found in Archive just as you left them - and a fresh pipeline created with the new stages.
The guide also includes a short video on how to move deals from Archive to the new pipeline -- if you'd like support on that then let me know and I'd be happy to lend a hand.
