Hi there, I'm trying to connect my Zoho Mail account kemal@digitaventures.cm, however, only Google and Microsoft serviced are supported, I'm using Zoho email services.

Hi there! Unfortunately, Zoho Mail is not currently supported in Decile Hub. We only support Gmail and Microsoft Office 365 for direct email integration.
However, you can still send emails directly from Hub even without connecting Zoho. These emails will be sent through Sendgrid instead of coming from your Zoho account.
Arbitrary SMTP integration (which would include Zoho) is on our roadmap, but it's not currently prioritized, so I can't provide a timeline for when it will be available.
If having emails come from your corporate domain is important, you might consider moving your corporate email to Google or Microsoft, which would allow native integration with Hub.

How do I leverage send grid?
Hi Kemal, by sending any email from Hub, that just means it will use our servers for sending the emails. You will typically have better deliverability when connecting your own gmail/outlook, which is why we recommend doing so, but it's not required.
By selecting any prospect and clicking "Send Email", that default flow will work out of the box!
