When Decile Hub is connected to my email, does it automatically parse and log information from incoming messages—such as event invitations or startup requests—similar to how a CRM system would? In other words, can it recognize an event invite or relevant email exchange and then attach or store it under the appropriate startup record or event entry?”

Yes, Decile Hub has this feature! If you've integrated your gmail and added the requested permissions to read email, Decile Hub will sync email activity with any people you've added to Decile Hub. It only reads emails from those you've added to hub, it doesn't sync every email, in order to respect your privacy.
That email activity gets shown under the "Activity" tab for a person/prospect. It can be referenced there, and will be referred to when performing AI actions for that prospect (E.g. if you use the AI generative email writer, it will refer to both email history and notes for that person).
We don't auto-attach attachments from email threads however.
