I don't have an opinion on Gusto and it is content marketing. The data about which cities are experiencing the most filings for new businesses per 1000 residents are garnered from census & OMB reports which are widely accepted. It's also encouraging to see cities like Miami & New Orleans on the list. Women and minorities are helping to lead the way.
