You can see whether a prospect clicked on any links in the Activity tab of the slideover. It is highly recommended that you connect your gmail or Outlook account to Hub for better deliverability and trackability. If you haven't connected your gmail or Outlook account, we send our emails through SendGrid with a "reply to" as your email. If you have connected your gmail or Outlook account, you can check if it's connected by looking under Integrations (right below Edit Profile) or Firm Settings > Team > Integrations.  You will also know that it's connected when you see emails from Hub in your sent items box in gmail or sent folder in Outlook .
