Is there a way to track if an email was sent from Decile Hub and if the recipient clicked on any links?
I sent two emails last week using the system but I have not heard back from the two recipients who are typically super responsive.
Before I follow up with them I want to see if there are any analytics I can see on to confirm that they received and/or engaged with the email.

You can see whether a prospect clicked on any links in the Activity tab of the slideover. It is highly recommended that you connect your gmail or Outlook account to Hub for better deliverability and trackability. If you haven't connected your gmail or Outlook account, we send our emails through SendGrid with a "reply to" as your email. If you have connected your gmail or Outlook account, you can check if it's connected by looking under Integrations (right below Edit Profile) or Firm Settings > Team > Integrations. You will also know that it's connected when you see emails from Hub in your sent items box in gmail or sent folder in Outlook . Feel free to add yourself to a pipeline and send a test email to confirm.
