Help.  Trying to send emails, and when I click send test email or schedule email, nothing happens.

Thanks for reporting this! Sorry you're running into trouble with email sending.

A couple of quick things to check in the meantime:

  • Is your email integrated? Head to your account settings and confirm your email account is connected and authorized.
  • Is there an email address on the contact? If the "To" field is blank or the contact is missing an email, the send button may not respond. You can add an email by searching the contact in the People directory and updating the email field there.
  • Check your Notifications for any error details that may have been logged silently.

If none of those resolve it, we'll look into it further. Can you share a bit more detail?

  • Do you see any green or red popup after clicking, or truly nothing at all?
  • Is this affecting all contacts or just specific ones?

That will help us track down the issue faster!
