Hi I think I’ve found something confusing, which is either a bug, or user error. I used the import tool to import a short list of names. One of the names had an error, so I imported again. I now see the same list of names as a “Connector” and as an “Investor”. I went to the People section, and I see the names there, and I assumed that there would be a field that let me specify whether they were Investors or Connectors, but couldn’t find anything. Then I noticed something interesting. I was able to set the same person to one status with Investor, and a different pipeline status as a Connector. I don’t know now if I have duplicate records, or if the same name has two different statuses. So, I guess the simple question is, “how do you manage whether a person is an investor or connector?” I didn’t see anything like that in the People section.
