Hi Support Team,
I’m currently working on Step 5 of Decile Mastery. In the Advanced Link Automation section, I can’t see the option to send the PACT.
Could you please help me with this?

Hi! Happy to help with this.

There are two ways to send a PACT in Decile Hub:

Option 1 - Via the pipeline:
1. Expand Fundraising and find your prospect
2. Click the "Send Email" button
3. Select "5.1. PACT: Send (v1)" from the Email Template dropdown
4. Click the green "Send Email" button

Option 2 - Via the blue + button:
1. Click the big blue + button (bottom right of the screen)
2. Click "Send PACT"
3. Fill in the email address and send

Note that the "Send PACT" button via Option 2 has had some reported issues with the template not loading correctly. If you run into that, Option 1 is the more reliable path.

If neither of these gets you where you need to be for Step 5, let us know and we can dig in further!

Hi Faye, sorry for any misinformation on this. You may need to either select the PACT email template (5.1) or for just a plain link to the PACT, you can go to Investors -> Commitments/PACTs.

Thank you for your reply.


I’m having an issue where my test emails do not show the PACT banner.


I first selected the “Material Sent” template and set it to automatically send the PACT, but it didn’t work. Then I tried the “PACT Email (5.1)” template, but I still have the same issue — the PACT banner is missing from my test emails.


I also tried sending the “Material Sent” email first and then sending the PACT manually, but I received a message saying the prospect had already received an identical email within 24 hours.


I’ve checked the steps multiple times with a couple of group members, and everything seems correct. We think it might be a glitch in my Decile Hub.


I have already sent a email to VC Lab (private@decilegroup.com) as a prospect. Could you please check if the correct email was received on your side, or confirm if this might be a system issue causing the PACT banner not to appear in my test emails?

Hi Faye, I think there might be some confusion here. Sorry if the assistant or the AI in our knowledge base has led you astray here. 

When sending a PACT email, there's just a text hyperlink to the PACT form; that's all. The only feature that is a PACT "banner" is on data room files, which is an option you can turn on or off for a Data Room in the "Files" feature. It's not related to emailing in Hub.
