Regarding the PACT signing process, there are three scenarios:  1. If a person uses a different name but the same email address, we update the name of the existing person.  2. If a person uses the exact same name but a different email address, we update the email address of the existing person.  3. If a person uses a different name and a different email address, we add a new person to the database, leaving the old person in place.  In this case, your prospect used both a different name and a different email address, so the system views him as a completely different person. If you wish, you can remove the old prospect from the pipeline. If you have any historical data, notes, or attachments associated with the older prospect that you want to keep, I can manually merge them for you.
