The majority of communication in the market I am in does not happen via email.
  • Is there a way to integrate with communications that may occur via Whatsapp or LinkedIn?
  • Is there a way to track the dates of each communication (aside from the notes) and the channel?

Sorry, but Hub does not have Whatsapp or Linkedin integrations. We do have "quick notes" and "last date" and "next date" fields by default in the pipeline. Although you can't directly initiate these communications from Hub, you can track them from within Hub.
