Hi there! Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your email. Here are a few things to try:

  • Disable any adblocker extensions in your browser, as these can interfere with the connection process
  • Try using incognito/private mode in your browser, then log in to Hub and attempt the connection again
  • Make sure you're connecting a Gmail or Microsoft Outlook account, as those are the only supported email providers currently
