If someone closes a deal memo, but later a new employee joins and we want that person to contribute their ratings about the company, they can’t because of the error “The Deal Memo can not be updated because it is CLOSED.” What are the workaround steps at this point? Is there a simple “UN-Close” feature? Where? Thanks.
Hey Jeremy, currently the only option to create a new deal memo for the same company is to copy the existing one. You can do this by clicking "Add Deal Memo", typing in the company name, and choosing it from the list. Then you'll see an option to copy the existing deal memo. However, it would be more intuitive to have a button inside the existing deal memo to "copy this deal memo".
