Where is the Deal Room functionality? I ask the AI and it said that it should be in the left-hand side panel. But I don't it see it there. I have also looked under all of the submenus in the side panel.

Hi Bob, the Deals pipeline can be found under “Dealflow” in the left nav. However in case you are looking for Data Rooms you can find those under “Files” in the left nav, where they are called “Folders”. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you, Robert. I'm specifically looking for where to host documents for prospective LPs , i.e., the fund's deal room.

Hi Bob, you can host documents for Deal Folders in the Data Rooms section of Decile Base. Here's how:

Navigate to the Files section in the left navigation panel.
Here, you'll find the Data Rooms (also referred to as Folders), in your case you'll want to use the Deal Folder.
You can upload your documents here by clicking on the respective Deal Folder and then on the green Upload file(s) button in the top right hand corner. Please note that a Deal Folder will only get automatically created when a Deal Memo is closed. In other words if you have not closed a Deal Memo yet, there is no Data Room / Deal Folder to upload files in.
