I'm trying to set up my pipeline in Decile Hub but don't see any of the "entity wide" options around fundraising. When I click the first task (setting up Decile Capital as an LP) I get an error page with this code: 8168da5b-e7c3-4b73-bf3e-cc9f1623e4b5
