A 500 Internal Server Error typically indicates a problem with the server or the application. Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. , I've found the issue. Working on a fix. I am guessing you may be opening the decile pro settings in a new tab, while from the email templates page. In the meantime it will work if opened in the same tab, or in a new tab from any other page.
