Filtering on a tag (and probably other things) scrolls the window back to far left. It should not do that - should stay at same location. See https://drive.google.com/open?id=1JxNw0FfA-AhWIIySmWvy99sSTg0ppmJ8&usp=drive_fs

Thanks for the product feedback, Michel. I've noted your issue with the scrolling behavior when filtering by tags. Understanding how this can disrupt your workflow, I have added it to our list of product feature requests.
