


The "user is already taken" error occurs because the email address you are trying to add is already registered in the system, either as part of your organization or elsewhere in Decile Hub. This is a common scenario when the same email is used in multiple places or has already been invited.
To resolve this, try the following:
- Log in with the existing account associated with that email when accepting the invitation.
- If you still encounter issues, you may need to merge duplicate profiles or contact Decile Hub support for assistance.
