For Events: the final Email Template "4.a. Event Follow-up" contains a link to a survey -- shown here:

Where can I find that survey to review or edit it, or even change the link?

To review, edit, or change the link to the survey in the "4.a. Event Follow-up" email template, follow these steps:

Navigate to your respective pipeline.
Click on 'Email Templates'.
Select the "4.a. Event Follow-up" email template.
Edit the body of the email template to review or change the survey link.
Save the template by clicking on 'Save template'.

Sorry but I'm not asking how to edit an email template. I'm asking where is THAT survey? I see no reference to it anywhere else in the Events module. This is an email template that Decile created, not me, and it contains that code I circled above to insert a specific survey -- but I have no idea what that survey says, where it's located, or whether & how I can edit the contents of that survey, or see the results of respondents' answers. Understand my question?

@Robert Padulo I have been working to unwind that form from events as i set it up incorrectly. all future events will not have that form in place.

Would you like me to create you a form, if yes, please let me know what you would like to have asked and I can add that into the email. With the form properly built in your account the responses will be attached to the person who responded.
