Hello, it looks like the Hub API token I was using is now inactive. How can I retrieve it?

API access, which is required for the Chrome extension to actually update data in your Hub account, is no longer available to free-tier Hub users. If you'd like to learn more about the additional Hub functionality that can be unlocked with a subscription, you can check out our plan options here.

You can retrieve your Decile Hub API keys by going to Hub Settings > API > API Tokens. Please note that API access is only available to paid subscribers. If you’re on the free plan, you will need to upgrade to use the API. If you need further assistance, contact your account representative or support.

To clarify, (1) the API token is not visible anymore in Hub Settings > API > API Tokens and (2) the previous token I used is still accepted by the Hub Chrome Extension but no lead capture is reflected in the LP database or in Directory > Contacts

I now upgraded to "AI-Powered" tier --> API token regenerated + looking forward to using the AI-Assistant to support email creation!
That's great news Ugo. Next time you pull up the emailer for a prospect you'll see the AI Assisted email generator in the right column. Looking forward to your feedback. If you have a gmail account, you can also enable the two-way mail sync feature, which will help the AI generate more useful content.

Unfortunately, no. We only have send capability with Outlook for the foreseeable future.
