Hi team. A new LP just signed the LPA. I sent a Closing email 4.a. and wanted to add him to the capital call. But when I click "Add Capital Acount" button, I cannot see this LP. Also I can see his capital account but it is "inactive" and I cannot change it.
Please help. Thanks K.

Hi Karel, it is due to the LP not yet being an active Capital Account. I heard that your VA is moving this forward, but let me know if you need anything else.

  — It looks like you closed on the LP above without our approval or the green light form our team. That's why you are running into issues here. This is extremely important: AML needs to be run and closing packets need to be prepared and you need to get the green light from @Magdalena.

Not only is this essential for compliance purposes, but it’s not a great experience for your LPs. Closing without our approval creates a UI experience that doesn’t make sense for your LP. The closing emails will take them into Decile Pro where documents aren’t uploaded yet, which is confusing. I am confirming now that everything in Hub is good to go so you can go ahead and send out capital calls at this point, but please follow the process moving forward, any questions at all I am more than happy to help and support you every step of the way!
