I believe I found a bug in the deal memo. I deleted all the questions under the "Risk" category. And when I went to add a new question to this category and then hit "save" it gave me a 500 Error.

Thank you for the report @Genevieve LeMarchal , I've spotted the error in our logs and I'll raise this to our team for a fix.
