Dear VC LAb 
we have a problem in uploading new PACTs on the decile hub after we add investor data and upload file (signed outside decile hub) 
We found sabutton in dimmed

please support to resolve to be able to reply to our EPIC work by the deadline

You'll need to make sure all the fields are filled out in order to upload the pact.
