• Go to your respective pipeline, click on 'Email Templates', select any email template you would like to edit, and edit the body of the email template the way you want it.  • Any double bracket items will automatically be updated, variables are directly tied to variables set in your Firm Variables.  • Once you are done, please make sure to save the template by clicking on 'Save template'.         Here is a video tutorial about email templates: https://www.loom.com/share/f0c6888c416b430abcc17271d2d7038b
