Hey Andres Baehr, the LP's name is listed with the middle name Tatebe and last name Tatebe-Goddu, which is causing the issue. You can edit the LP's name in your person directory to resolve this. The LP should click the link on the email again to start over the LP onboarding process. The onboarding link sends the LP directly to the generated form with signature. A manual edit can be made for this, which should only take a few minutes. The document has been regenerated to have the correct name, so if your LP follows that link, they'll see the updated document. Thanks, Woody.
